Was erwartet Dich?
Den Unistress kannst Du bei uns mal vergessen und in die Praxis eintauchen. Als Werkstudent Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d) erstellst und aktualisierst Du die Dokumentation rund um unsere digitalen Lösungen für Veranstalter. Eine neue Anleitung für die Ticketing Lösung oder Updates für die mobile Bestellapp, mit Deinem technischen Verständnis trägst Du alle Informationen zusammen und formulierst einen Hilfeartikel für unsere Kunden. Als ein frisches, dynamisches Team bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit Dich selbst zu strukturieren und zu verwalten – gerne auch neu Gelerntes aus Deinem Studium einzubringen.

Du liebst es Texte zu verfassen und redaktionell zu arbeiten? Auch technologische Details stellen für Dich kein Problem dar? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig! Dein Profil

Du besuchst ein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliches
Interesse am redaktionellen Arbeiten mit technologischen Texten
Sicherer Umgang in der Bild- und Videobearbeitung, vorzugsweise mit der Adobe Creative Suite
Hohe Affinität zu Software
Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
Wortgewandtheit in Deutsch und Englisch
Bock auf Teamarbeit

What can you expect?
You can forget the stress of university and immerse yourself in practice. As a working student Technical Writer (m/f/d), you will create and update the documentation for our digital solutions for event organizers. Whether it's new instructions for the ticketing solution or updates for the mobile ordering app, you'll use your technical understanding to compile all the information and formulate a help article for our customers. As a fresh, dynamic team, we offer you the opportunity to structure and manage yourself - you are also welcome to bring in new knowledge from your studies.
