Deine Aufgaben

Du führst Telefoninterviews und Vorstellungsgespräche mit unseren Bewerbern.
Du sorgst dafür, dass die Bewerbungen immer noch am selben Tag bearbeitet werden und dokumentierst alles in unserem HR-Tool Personio.
Du koordinierst die Terminierung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses.
Du baust einen Talentpool auf und pflegst diesen durch effektive Kommunikation und langfristige Beziehungspflege mit den Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten.
Du unterstützt bei allgemeinen Aufgaben in der HR-Abteilung, wie die Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und der Bearbeitung von allgemeinen Anliegen unserer Mitarbeiter.

Dein Profil

Du bringst mindesten 1 Jahr Erfahrung als Personalreferent, Recruiter oder HR-Assistant o.ä. mit.
Du bist vertraut mit gängigen sozialen Netzwerken und Recruitment-Plattformen.
Du bist kommunikativ, gewissenhaft sowie teamfähig und kannst mit deiner kommunikativen Art Menschen begeistern.
Du behältst auch in Zeiten hektischer Betriebsamkeit den Durchblick und bleibst mit deiner gelassenen Art ruhig und souverän.
Du hast Spaß an der Umsetzung von Ideen und lässt deine Kreativität mit einfließen.
Dir fällt es leicht, dich in verschiedene Positionen, die wir ausschreiben, reinzudenken.
Du sprichst deutsch auf C2 Niveau.

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal / BWL / Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du besitzt (erste) Erfahrung im Recruiting oder HR
Dein sicheres Auftreten beweist Du im Gespräch mit Talenten und Fachbereichen
Dich zeichnet eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus
Du bringst gutes Zeitmanagement mit, auch bei parallelen Vakanzen
Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch (Wort/Schrift) und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
Du bist diskret, empathisch und serviceorientiert
Du hast Lust auf Teamarbeit und ein dynamisches Umfeld

In the vastness of the event organiser spheres, we are now looking for energetic support in order to move further, higher and faster in the event sky. Are you looking for a team full of POW! and PENG! and a lot of BOOM in the daily business? Then contact us...better now than later!

Your mission

You will conduct telephone interviews and job interviews with our applicants.
You will ensure that applications are always processed on the same day and document everything in our HR tool Personio.
You will coordinate the scheduling of the entire recruiting process.
You will build a talent pool and maintain it through effective communication and long-term relationship management with candidates.
You will assist with general tasks in the HR department, such as preparing job references and handling general inquiries from our employees.

Your profile

You have at least 1 year of experience as a human resources officer, recruiter, HR assistant, or similar.
You are familiar with common social networks and recruitment platforms.
You are communicative, conscientious, and a team player, and your communicative nature inspires others.
You keep your cool even in hectic times and remain calm and confident with your relaxed manner.
You enjoy implementing ideas and letting your creativity flow.
You find it easy to understand the various positions we advertise.
You speak German at C2 level.

Once again at a glance

You have a degree with a focus on human resources/business administration/business psychology or a comparable qualification
You have (initial) experience in recruiting or HR
You demonstrate confidence when talking to talented individuals and specialist departments.
You have a structured and independent way of working
You have good time management skills, even when dealing with multiple vacancies at the same time
You have strong communication skills in German (spoken/written) and a good command of English
You are discreet, empathetic, and service-oriented
You enjoy teamwork and a dynamic environment.
